Executive Sous Chef

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Executive SousChef for Ingleside at Rock Creek in Washington, DC. This upscale continuing care retirement community is located on 14-wooded and landscaped acres bordering Washington, DC's beautiful Rock Creek Park. Ideal candidate will have previous cooking and catering experience in either a restaurant, corporate or senior living setting. Ability to work a flexible hours, with a schedule of 11 am - 8 pm preferred. What You'll Do have oversight of food production; work collaboratively with the Executive Chef; be hands-on, will cook daily (80%); will train and mentor cooks; deliver high quality food service while maintaining client and resident relationships; ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
