Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Recruiter in sunny San Diego, CA! In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in connecting compassionate caregivers with families in need of support.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various caregiving positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job boards and social media to attract top talent.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Participate in job fairs and community events to promote company culture and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong networking skills and a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
