Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation – Greensboro, NC
Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available
Join a dedicated team focused on improving lives every day. Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy services and support residents through interdisciplinary care.

What You’ll DoEvaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on resident needs and goals
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and medical teams to achieve effective outcomes
Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff regarding therapy techniques and communication strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and professional guidelines
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to promote quality resident outcomes
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
CCC-SLP preferred, but not required
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving residents’ quality of life
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
