We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Legal Sourcing Recruiter / Headhunter with a proven track record in the legal sector. In this role, you will have immediate access to a deep pipeline of open requisitions. Your primary focus will be sourcing, headhunting, and vetting high-caliber attorneys and legal professionals.

Because this role is 100% commission-based, there is no ceiling on your earnings—your payout is directly tied to your production. We provide the requirements; you bring the network and execution.

What You Need to Succeed

• Legal Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience sourcing attorneys or legal professionals. A strong, baseline understanding of the legal practice landscape is non-negotiable.

• An Established Network: A robust, active network of legal talent and a proven ability to headhunt passive candidates.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure.

• Technical Infrastructure: Must possess a reliable personal laptop and a high-speed internet connection capable of handling heavy sourcing and communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in executive recruiting, including full-cycle search management and candidate assessment.

• Experience building strong client and candidate relationships, with a consultative and relationship-first approach.

• Ability to leverage AI tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology to identify and engage top-tier talent.

• Strong skills in interviewing, evaluation, negotiation, and offer management within competitive talent markets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional outreach and candidate reporting.

• Proven organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities to handle multiple searches simultaneously.

• Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

• Prior experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or staffing agency environments is highly needed.
