About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP Banking Center Manager to lead and drive the growth of market share, profitability, and overall performance of the banking center. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, community engagement, and relationship management activities, with a focus on fostering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves leading all aspects of sales, service delivery, operations, compliance, and risk management, as well as developing and executing strategic business plans. The AVP Banking Center Manager will also be tasked with recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and the achievement of sales, service, and financial goals. Candidates for the AVP Banking Center Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five years of leadership experience. Essential skills include the proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The AVP Banking Center Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and must be able to resolve complex customer issues while balancing various risk considerations.
