About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant at Richland Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility's internal and external spaces. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances

• Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and visitors in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and dietary, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment

• Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues in the facility, including pumps, valves, and sprinkler systems

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Inspect and report any maintenance-related issues or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
