Accounting Associate

About the Opportunity Responsible for non-PO AP invoice coding, approval and coordinating with AP team on weekly payment runs for Canada. Administrate company cars, credit cards, and cell phone programs. Monitor employee reimbursement system, review, and approve Concur expense claims. Create AP accrual journal entries during month end. Assist in intercompany cross charge billings, JV booking and intercompany balancing during month end and year end closing. Prepare monthly prepaid account reconciliations. Assist in daily zero cost updates. Responsible for non-PO office suppliers purchasing. Assist in monthly trade compliance audit. About You 2+ years of accounting experience (a large portion of this role is AP) Accounting knowledge/experience (journal entries, deb/credits) Open to some admin duties Nice to have: Oracle is a nice to have Manufacturing Pay Range $27 - $32 per hour This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client.
