Accounting Assistant

We are hiring for an Accounting Assistant in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. This is an exciting role supporting a professional services firm. You will be responsible for accounting to include processing accounts payable, providing reporting, and communicating with the executive management team. If you have at least two years of clerical accounting experience in a professional environment, this could be a good fit for you. Responsibilities: Responsible for paying all inbound AP invoices Correspond with vendors and handle all inquiries Gain necessary approvals from executive management team Work within automated software and produce necessary reporting Requirements: Two or more years of accounting and administrative experience Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills Higher education like Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree desired Strong systems experience and ability to work with C Suite executives If you enjoy working in an excellent work environment at an organization that takes care of their employees, please apply today!
