Strategic Project Lead, Healthcare Data Operations [Remote]

Lead high-impact healthcare and medical data projects that help train and evaluate frontier AI models. As the primary contact for leading AI lab clients, you will manage healthcare and medical experts, including PhDs, professors, and MDs, while designing and executing scalable workflows that uphold data integrity and quality.

• Own client projects end to end and ensure exceptional delivery for AI lab partners.
• Manage complex healthcare and medical data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead Human Data Managers and Leads who review work completed by healthcare and medical subject-matter experts.
• Communicate directly with AI lab clients on large, high-impact projects.
• Partner with Human Data Engineers to define, monitor, and improve KPIs across expert-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level updates on project progress, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

• An MD is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder management, data operations, and human data expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.
• Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or substantial exposure to healthcare or medicine.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience driving operational processes, managing large-scale or healthcare-focused data projects, or improving complex workflows.
• A startup-minded, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and execute solutions quickly in high-stakes settings.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Listed annual compensation range: $400, 000 to $550, 000.
• National base-salary range: $180, 000 to $230, 000 USD annually.
