Finance Project Lead for AI Model Training

Lead mission-critical finance-focused data programs that train frontier AI models, serve as the primary point of contact for top AI Lab customers, and manage teams of domain experts and human data leads to deliver scalable, high-quality data pipelines and evaluations.

• Serve as the main point of contact for top AI Lab customers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction on high-impact projects.
• Own projects end to end, from scoping and workflow design to delivery and executive updates.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve large-scale, finance-specific data pipelines to maximize efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.
• Manage teams of Human Data Managers and Leads who review the work of subject-matter experts in Finance.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize KPIs across finance-driven workflows.
• Communicate project status, data performance, and operational impact to executives and stakeholders.
• Report directly to the CEO and the Head of Human Data.

• Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field, or demonstrable strong exposure to financial systems and data.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role driving operational processes, managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience managing Human Data or specialist review teams.
• Experience in data operations and working with human-generated training data or human-in-the-loop processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and soft skills, particularly when engaging senior finance domain experts.
• Startup and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building systems from the ground up and rapidly executing solutions.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, when required in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Role references a core team total compensation range of 400, 000 to 550, 000 USD per year.
• National pay range for base salary is provided as 180, 000 to 230, 000 USD per year.
• All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and may also receive performance-based bonuses, subject to role and company policies.
