Strategic Project Lead, Finance [Remote]

Lead end-to-end finance projects that help advance AI training, evaluation, and feedback workflows. You will turn customer needs into practical project plans, build high-quality finance data pipelines, and coordinate Operations and Finance experts to deliver reliably and quickly. Key Responsibilities

• Own projects from pipeline framing and scope through execution and delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for finance workflows.
• Design and continuously improve finance-focused data pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Coordinate Operations and Finance domain experts for rapid deployment.
• Set delivery milestones and maintain a focused execution cadence.
• Manage client communication with clarity, consistency, and directness.
• Manage Finance domain experts and project leads to uphold quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide daily internal updates covering progress, blockers, and next steps.

• Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance-related initiatives.
• Strong leadership, team management, data operations, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to convert ambiguous customer needs into clear plans and execute quickly.
• Comfort working with senior Finance experts in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Entrepreneurial, execution-oriented mindset.

• Experience with AI or machine learning companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects.
• Experience managing finance-focused, technical, or data-intensive projects.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, investment analysis, financial markets, accounting, or other complex finance workflows.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, AI training workflows, and human-in-the-loop operations.

• Full-time remote position.

• Advertised annual compensation range of $400, 000 to $550, 000.
• National base salary range of $180, 000 to $230, 000 USD annually.
• Eligible for equity compensation and, depending on role and company policy, performance-based bonuses.
