Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Rehab Aide/Tech to join our team at Ivy Hill Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wyndmoor, PA. Under the close supervision of a licensed therapist, the Rehab Aide/Tech will perform delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations to support patient care and therapy activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions

• Clean and organize work areas, disinfect equipment, and maintain infection control procedures

• Perform administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments

• Assist patients with exercises and functional activities under the direction of a licensed therapist

• Monitor and maintain inventory of general supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed

• Provide additional support to staff as needed

• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to create and maintain a safe and effective environment

• Excellent verbal/communication and collaboration skills

• Physical Therapy Aide experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload

• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength
