Office Assistant

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a temporary Office Services Clerk to provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments in Madera. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and available to start immediately. Responsibilities: Answering phones and greeting visitors while providing a wide range of information or referring them to other staff members. Responding to inquiries and furnishing information to the public on matters requiring knowledge of rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and activities. Receiving and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail efficiently. Accepting payments, processing payments, and posting cash receipts accurately. Performing filing and record-keeping tasks. Conducting data entry tasks with precision. Preparing correspondence, letters, and memos as requested. Operating copiers, postage machines, and a variety of office equipment. Ordering and distributing office supplies as needed. Assisting district departments with various administrative tasks. Performing other duties as assigned to support the district's operations. Requirements: Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1st shift. Benefits: The position offers a competitive pay range with a minimum of $20 per hour and a maximum of $22 per hour, reflecting the importance and impact of the role within the organization.
