Second Generation Insurance Agency specializing in Personal Lines Insurance looking for a career-minded associate to join our close-knit professional team. Career Opportunity: Personal Lines Licensed Customer Service Rep
- License preferred
- Insurance experience preferred
- Supportive training provided
- Starting pay: $28-$34/Hr
- Full Time: 40 hours
- Office Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
- Sign on bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills
- Strong organization skills & detail oriented
- Adapt and work well in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
- Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
- Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
- Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
- Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
