Manage Personal Lines accounts Build and maintain client relationships Deliver exceptional customer service Support training, team building, and strategic meetings through in-person collaboration Use computer systems and agency management tools for accurate data entry and account management Requirements Prior industry exposure An active Property & Casualty License Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability Team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred, not required Must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of the VT or NH locations Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing Personal Lines accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
