Traveling RN Director of Nursing - Ohio

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling RN Director of Nursing to join our team at AOM Healthcare in Ohio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our nursing staff while traveling to various healthcare facilities throughout the state.

About the Role:

As a Traveling RN Director of Nursing, you will:

• Provide clinical direction and leadership to nursing staff at assigned facilities

• Develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various healthcare facilities within Ohio to provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

• Conduct assessments of patient care practices and develop improvements strategies

• Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

• Participate in budget development and management for assigned facilities

• Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and collaboration among nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel to various locations throughout Ohio
