Customer Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine account questions and service requests

• Update customer information and account notes in internal systems

• Follow up on pending requests and open account items

• Coordinate customer needs with internal departments

• Respond to customers by phone and email

• Help prepare basic account documentation

• Track outstanding tasks and follow-up activity

• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
