About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of Product to spearhead the evolution of its B2B information and media platforms. This pivotal role demands a visionary architect who can define and execute a multi-year product strategy, leading a team to deliver tailored, intelligent experiences that meet the changing needs of professionals across various markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation of data, analytics, and news platforms into indispensable tools, with a focus on product-led growth, and will have a significant impact on the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the product team, fostering a customer-focused culture, and ensuring close collaboration with the technology, sales, and marketing teams. The role also requires mentoring and growing a high-performing team of product leaders and managers. Applicants for the SVP, Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' product management experience in the financial services and/or media/information space, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing P&Ls, delivering ROI on complex product builds, and leading digital transformations. A product-led growth mindset, expertise in Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of the SDLC are essential. The role demands a leader who can turn complex market data into a compelling product narrative, and who is adept at transforming content into data and data into meaningful sentiment. Experience in AI/ML, and API-first delivery models, and a strong focus on the user experience are also required.
