Build strategic relationships and drive innovative initiatives for success.Job DescriptionOverviewLead strategic initiatives for registered fund operations in a dynamic financial services environment, driving growth and innovation.Collaborate with portfolio managers to enhance investment offerings and develop impactful partnerships.Oversee fund operations, marketing strategies, and investor relations to ensure seamless execution and compliance.Build and maintain relationships with wealth management platforms and distribution channels to expand reach.Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and adherence to industry regulations.Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and updates to support investor engagement.Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives for registered fund operations.Support investor communications and manage liquidity processes effectively.Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee fund operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and seamless execution.Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations and investor updates.Collaborate with portfolio managers to manage distributions, liquidity, and investor communications.Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distribution platforms and wealth management channels.Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.Prepare and oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Drive growth of registered fund operations by implementing innovative strategies and initiatives.Support investor relations activities, including quarterly calls and portfolio reviews.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services or investment management; 12 years preferred.Proven expertise in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is highly desirable.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
