Senior AI Enforcement Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior AI Enforcement Analyst, Safety Operations. Key Responsibilities: Own Automated Enforcement Quality by diagnosing underperformance and making production readiness recommendations Translate Policy Into Models by crafting prompts, defining evaluation criteria, and curating datasets for model training Guide Model Evolution by monitoring performance and identifying necessary updates or retraining Required Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with exposure to automated enforcement systems AI-literate with understanding of LLM-based enforcement systems and their operational behavior Familiarity with AI safety concepts applied operationally, including evaluation design and continuous improvement Experience in SQL and/or Python for data investigation and decision-making Experience with content moderation and real-time incident response in complex environments
