Responsibilities Full ownership: take end‑to‑end responsibility for assigned national customers and drive key KPIs to secure HOLY’s future success Manage and expand HOLY’s retail presence by intensifying existing partnerships. Support cross‑functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives. Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long‑term satisfaction. Assist in implementing omni‑channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments. Qualifications Experience managing retail relationships and negotiating at national level, with a proven track record in sales and account management. Fluent in both English and German and capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, taking ownership of role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results. Strategic, with ability to analyze data and translate into actionable retail strategies.
