Salary: $20 - $25 DOE

We are looking for anEnrollment Coordinator to join our team at Excel Driver Services.The Enrollment Coordinatoris responsible for facilitating the selection and enrollment of student applicants for school admission/enrollment and assisting the Operations Director by providing day-to-day administration of basic office and school operations. Essential day-today job responsibilities include:

• Receiving in-bound inquiries and conducting outbound phone calls and emails to prospective students utilizing the company approved guidelines and
  scheduling appointments with prospective students.
• Answering all calls at the front desk and transferring accordingly.
• Assessing and interviewing prospective students to determine their needs and goals. (face to face or virtual)
• Developing referrals and personal leads.
• Conducting tours of the campus facilities, communicating features and benefits related to prospective student interest and program offerings allowing prospective students to make an informed decision.
• Following up on all inquiries that fail to schedule an interview or fail to show for an interview.
• Enrolling students who meet eligibility requirements, completing all required forms for enrollment and class start.
• Developing and implementing a plan to follow up on those who enroll to confirm they start on their scheduled start date, that all admission paperwork and requirements are completed.
• Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives.
• Prepare and compile all documents in student file for the first day of class.
• Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment.
• Discussing payment options with prospective students.

• Provide employer and placement information to students and accurately record in Student Management System.
• Update and complete student transcripts and prepare graduation certificates.
• Accounts Receivables/Payables:
  • Prepare invoices for students, agencies, and employers.
  • Process receipt of checks, cash, and credit card charges.
  • General management/reporting of accounts payable invoices.

***High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prior post-secondary admissions experience; sales background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
