Business Development Center Associate

The BDC Representative 's responsibilities is handling incoming prospects phone calls leads and text messages while generating appointments for the sales department. Responsibilities will also include performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Representatives will strive to generate appointments and repeat business by reaching out to former, current and prospective customers to generate New and Used Vehicle Sales.

Hourly Plus Bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text or in person)
• Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has Automotive, customer service, retail and/or a general sales/service background of some sort, is a hard-working professional with a strong work ethic and experience providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates would be someone looking for for a long term career, and or a college graduate looking to pursue a career in Automotive.

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous call center a plus
• Automotive experience is a plus, NOT required
• VinSolutions CRM experience a plus
• Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
• Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up to date
• Excellent follow through and follow up skills
• Sales License Required
• Bilingual a plus!

Pay Range:

$16.90- $20.00 hourly plus bonuses
