Responsibilities

• Run pre-set appointments provided by the company.
• Inspect the property and identify project needs and close deals.
• Develop and nurture relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during conversations with prospects to move them through the sales funnel confidently.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends to provide valuable insights during customer interactions.

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, inside sales, telemarketing or any sales within a construction or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills in English or Spanish, with the ability to articulate sales concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated success in Resilience and Grit for maintaining performance through frequent rejections and high- pressure environments.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience with negotiation, marketing and collaboration will set candidates apart. COMPENSATION

• Competitive Pay -paid training base weekly salary from $700 to $1000.
• Average reps: $350K–$400K annually based on drive and performance. 
• High-ticket deals + Uncapped Commission. 
• Leads provided daily (no cold prospecting required). 

Your income is directly tied to your performance. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Hands- on training sales program for 2-weeks + onboarding.
• Learn our processes, product knowledge, and systems.
• Ongoing support from management and the leadership team.
