Sales Development Representative for an Executive Search Firm in the US (Home Based Part Time)

Job Opportunity

Conduct market research to identify and build targeted lists of prospective clients aligned with the firm's service offerings. Research and evaluate companies and decision-makers to determine fit before outreach begins. Source accurate contact information for executive and senior-level stakeholders. Draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages using approved messaging frameworks. Execute outbound outreach campaigns and manage prospect conversations professionally. Qualify interested prospects and escalate warm opportunities for follow-up. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within the CRM. Organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses. Support weekly and monthly KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting. Communicate effectively with internal team members via Slack, email, and CRM platforms. Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and campaign effectiveness.

Proven experience in outbound business development, lead generation, sales research, or appointment setting

Strong prospect research skills with the ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize leads independently

Experience sourcing executive-level contacts and decision-makers

Excellent written English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management

Ability to exercise sound judgment when evaluating lead quality and fit

Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking platforms

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to meet activity and performance targets consistently

Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
