Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow their sales business through focused daily activity, practical experience, and ongoing coaching while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to strengthen their ability to generate opportunities, serve clients, and create a more consistent real estate business.

You will gain experience working with buyers and sellers while learning how to move prospective clients from an initial conversation through consultation, transaction, and closing. Regular client interaction will help you improve your communication, understand client motivation, and become more confident guiding people through important real estate decisions.

A strong emphasis is placed on creating new business through prospecting, database development, lead follow-up, and relationship building. You will learn how to organize your pipeline, prioritize opportunities, maintain consistent contact, and develop relationships that can produce repeat and referral business over time.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to buyer consultations, listing conversations, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management. Coaching and accountability will help you evaluate your activity, improve your approach, and build productive routines that support continued growth.

Compensation:

$145,000+

Responsibilities:

• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

Qualifications:

• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Show good organizational and time management skills
