Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's cultural and personal needs.

• Continually monitor and assess patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies that align with established mental health diagnoses and support symptom management.

• Accurately maintain all required clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards using the latest technology.

• Engage patients and their families in the treatment planning process, collaboratively developing objectives based on individual needs and desired outcomes, ensuring that care plans are comprehensive and holistic.

• Serve as a crucial link between patients and other treatment providers, coordinating referrals and fostering effective communication among various clinicians to enhance patient care.

• Participate in educating and mentoring interns, students, and volunteers, sharing your expertise to foster growth within the team.

• Support team development initiatives, including peer review and chart audits, under the guidance of a clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n
