About The Role You’ll be the analytical engine of a fast-growing healthcare AI company — building the reporting, models, and metrics leadership uses to run the business. Small team, real visibility: your work goes straight to the executive team and the board. What You’ll Do Prepare monthly financial reporting and support the board reporting package Run budget vs. actuals reviews with department owners and explain variances Track and report SaaS metrics: ARR, net revenue retention, CAC payback, gross margin Build pricing, hiring, and scenario models to support strategic decisions Support month-end close and reconciliation in QuickBooks Help maintain compliance with financial policies and controls as we scale Location Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office.
