This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration with our clinical team. You will engage with a diverse client base, helping them along their mental health journeys during structured therapy sessions scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss client progress, monitor mental health stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a thorough understanding of their care journey.

• Develop, implement, and continuously update personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and assessment records for each client encountered.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a varied demographic, providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency in completing intake assessments comfortably and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
