Program Support Assistant

The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. The student "Program Support Assistant" will provide general administrative support to the FOCUS Programs, which are part of Early Childhood Home and Family Services Division at the Center for Development and Disability. Preference will be availability for 20 hours per week. Work is off campus at CDD office. Work hours are scheduled during regular business hours M-F 8am-5pm. Student must have reliable transportation.

Specific duties will include:

• Filing client records
• Data entry
• Create client files
• Organize supplies and materials
• Create intake/informational packets
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications
