Managing a portfolio of approximately 175 mid-market services sellers, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager in Health & Beauty will drive account expansion, retention, and satisfaction while consulting with business owners in both English and Spanish to uncover opportunities across payments and business management tools. Key responsibilities Own and maintain relationships with mid-market services sellers, focusing on account growth and retention Consult with clients to identify opportunities for technical solutions and manage project execution with cross-functional teams Deliver exceptional client service, advocating for seller needs and ensuring resolution of issues Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within SaaS or payments Full proficiency in Spanish Proven track record of growing and retaining a book of business Experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
