Are you a skilled and compassionate Surgical Technologist seeking an extraordinary career opportunity at a state-of-the-art healthcare facility? Creekwood Surgery Center is currently seeking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator!

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients for the surgery center and assists with insurance verification when needed. The Scheduling Coordinator must display excellent telephone etiquette as he/she manages calls of utmost importance to providing quality and continuity of individual patient care. Reports to work in acceptable business attire.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Having the ability to foresee problems.
• Alertness and adaptability to change in situation.
• Holds all patient information confidential.
