Specific subject-matter experience within commercial or transportation-related lines is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions across a range of exposures Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions Communicate directly with insurer clients and manage matters independently Collaborate with a team of experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy What You'll Need Several years of insurance coverage experience Active bar admission in one or more states in the region Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a caseload independently Comfort working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team Interested in hearing more?
