Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000/annually, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity. Job Description

Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned Komax product lines, providing direction on product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to support sales targets. Lead product support and development efforts, including market analysis, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Marketing to develop high-quality product materials, including manuals, advertisements, brochures, and other sales collateral. Conduct application testing and demonstrations to validate product performance and ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Procurement teams to drive product success and deliver complete customer solutions. Design and implement training programs and develop sales enablement tools to equip the field sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote assigned product lines. Accurately capture and translate customer requirements into system configurations and quotations, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the sales process. Maintain demo software to the highest operational and presentation standards, ensuring readiness for customer demonstrations and internal use.

Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science and technology or equivalent experience Work experience - 5 years' experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/marketing Requirements - Personal computer knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of the metric measuring system Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Prolonged sitting and standing (trade shows) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
