Kforce has a client that is seeking a High Volume Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ. Key Tasks:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles, supporting class-based hiring timeliness
- Drive candidate pipeline from application through offer, ensuring consistent flow to meet class fill targets
- Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit
- Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and L&D to align on hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness
- Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within a financial services environment
- Consultative communication style with ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance
- Proficiency with Workday, EightFold, and MS Office
