LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking to add a full‑time Recruiter to the team. This is a Monday through Friday in‑office position. Salary range depending on experience and education is $61,000-$70,000, and includes paid holidays, PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k, hybrid/in‑office flexibility, and more! Job Duties Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Communicate with candidates regarding the job duties, interview processes, company benefits, application status, and next steps. Communicate with hiring managers on job description, soft skills, hiring dates, and job requirement details. Support background check processes, reference checks, and onboarding documentation. Assist in organizing recruiting events, job fairs, and campus outreach initiatives. Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows and candidate experience. Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Associate’s Degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. 2+ years of recent experience in a full‑cycle high‑volume recruiting support role. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience supporting human resources.
