Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Remote/on site hybrid. Drive foot traffic and community engagement for multi-unit restaurants across 3 markets by planning local marketing initiatives and managing social media presence. This role blends grassroots community outreach with day-to-day content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Local Store Marketing

• Plan and execute community events and local sponsorships

• Build partnerships with nearby schools, charities, and businesses

• Distribute flyers/menus

• Track and report results of local promotions

Social Media

• Manage the store's Facebook and Instagram accounts

• Post daily specials and event photos

• Respond to customer comments and reviews

• Shoot and edit short videos featuring the team

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, social media, or retail/restaurant experience

• Comfortable with a phone camera, basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

• Strong local relationship-building and communication skills

• Reliable transportation for community visits and flyer drops

• Retail/restaurant hours flexibility

We have been serving guests for 17 years and are the largest owner by unit of the Rotolo's brand. We currently have 9 units operating, with growth forecast decidedly in the greater Houston suburban markets, with plans to open 11 units in the next 5 years.
