One-off exceptions may be made if the provider has been submitted previously. Presentations: Submit CV, questionnaire, vaccination status, email, and phone number. Phone Interviews: Most departments will call candidates prior to offers. Licensing: If the provider lacks an active AZ license, proof of application is required before release of credentialing materials. Credentialing: Completed applications are due within 7 days of receipt. Case logs and vaccination records are required. Cerner Training: Mandatory, remote, approx. 4 hours, the week prior to start. Malpractice: Contact us first if the provider has more than $500K in claims or more than two cases. Case Logs: Required. Notify us if the provider hasn’t worked in the past 3 months. Duties & Responsibilities Perform hospital admissions during assigned shift hours. Provide cross-coverage for hospitalized patients (excluding ICU). Collaborate with the intensivist on duty for ICU admissions. Participate in a collective service managing 20-30 patients per day. Complete medical records promptly and follow up on deficiency emails.
