Work Environment

You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a positive and motivational atmosphere. As an onsite therapist, you will directly engage with patients, utilizing the latest rehabilitation technologies and methodologies to ensure effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and assistive devices to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly assess and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercises and techniques to be performed at home, ensuring continuity of care.
• Implement and oversee rehabilitation programs that will help patients restore functionality, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights for better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
