The position bridges clinical operations and technology infrastructure, driving compliance, data security protocols, and cross-departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily healthcare facility operations, patient administration workflows, and resource allocation Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and federal or state healthcare regulations Collaborate with clinical leads and IT teams to optimize Electronic Health Record systems and administrative software Analyze healthcare operations metrics and financial reports to identify cost reduction and workflow bottlenecks Oversee vendor contracts, medical supply chains, and facility maintenance agreements Lead audits, risk management assessments, and incident response protocols for patient data security What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of healthcare administration or healthcare operations experience in US clinical settings In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance standards, and medical billing practices Proficiency with Electronic Health Records systems, practice management software, and healthcare analytics tools Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Bonus: MHA or MBA degree, Lean Six Sigma certification in healthcare, or experience managing remote administrative teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
