This person will be managing multiple telecommunications projects all having to do with service activation/customer experience modernization strategy. This person will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations. They'll coordinate across engineering, product, marketing, and vendor teams to align on deliverables, handoffs, testing windows, deployment schedules, and other cross-functional dependencies. They track project status, committed dates, milestones, risks, and health indicators within tools such as Jira and Nexus, maintaining accurate reporting, risk logs, and executive visibility. They will facilitate stand-ups, program reviews, and working sessions, driving accountability by documenting decisions, assigning action items, and following them through completion. Additionally, they will evaluate scope changes, assess impacts to timelines and resources, manage escalations, and present leadership with clear options when project risks or triggers arise. Strong stakeholder communication is essential, including preparing executive-ready status updates that highlight production release timelines, key business outcomes, and milestone achievements.
