We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems in real time. In this role, you'll be the critical connection between our customers and field technicians, ensuring every appointment is scheduled efficiently, and every customer receives outstanding communication throughout their service experience. The position focuses on evaluating customer needs, coordinating technician schedules, and supporting daily dispatch operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency and service capacity.
• Match the right technician to every customer call based on urgency, skillset, and location.
• Keep customers informed throughout the day with updates on technician arrival times and job progress.
• Communicate scheduling updates and job details with field technicians to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Prioritize urgent and high-value service calls while maintaining dispatch performance goals.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure materials are available for scheduled installations.
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally while building trust and encouraging repeat business.
• Support team communication, debrief service calls, and provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Dispatching, scheduling, logistics or customer focus experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and phone systems.
