Full time Director of Recruitment - 1041 A growing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Recruitment to join their team. Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for both office and field roles within the company.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and enthusiasm for attracting and engaging talent.
- Ability to read people, assess skills, and make effective hiring decisions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
