As a Customer Support Agent, you will ensure a welcoming and seamless visitor experience by assisting with inquiries, ticketing, and navigation of exhibits. The role will address concerns, recommend programs or merchandise, and help maintain the museum's reputation for exceptional service and cultural engagement.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive shopping experience
• Provide personalized product recommendations and address customer inquiries with expertise
• Communicate current sales, promotions, and special offers to customers
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring their needs are met
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including packaging purchases with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to uphold brand standards
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies or restocking needs as necessary

To be considered as a Customer Service Agent, you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and systems relevant to the role
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
• Showcase exceptional organizational abilities, effectively managing tasks and priorities
