HR Technology Manager

Job Details:

I'm seeking an HR Technology Manager for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a hybrid position that will be responsible for making process improvements and leading the strategy for Workday implementations. Interested candidates with the following skill set are encouraged to apply.

5-7+ years of HRIS experience with Workday subject matter expertise
Demonstrated configuration experience in Core Workday HCM and at least 2 other functional areas within the Workday platform.
Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, solutions design and Workday configuration.
Experience with Workday reporting and Workday modules
Experience leading organizational change management in partnership with HR, Defining HR technology strategy, roadmaps and People analytics.
Experience leading a team of HRIS Analysts
