Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Mechanical Estimating to take on a pivotal, executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all estimating operations, personnel, strategy, and process development. This includes partnering with preconstruction and operations to ensure competitive positioning, defining and structuring the estimating department, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role also involves strategic and financial leadership, owning the company's estimating strategy, and aligning it with growth and market objectives. The VP will be a key influencer in market and business development, engaging in industry associations, and building strong client and vendor relationships. Applicants for the Vice President of Mechanical Estimating position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of proven mechanical construction experience, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping. The role requires a leader with a demonstrated track record in developing and leading an estimating team, as well as the ability to stay current on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
