Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Our client is a full-service design and build construction firm dedicated to assisting condominium associations, cooperative associations, homeowner associations (HOAs), and commercial and retail tenants in navigating complex renovation and construction projects. They prioritize operational excellence by collaborating with a network of trade partners, architects, engineers, and consultants to exceed client expectations. Their leadership team boasts extensive experience in construction, development, property management, and design, and are committed to fostering the growth and success of real estate professionals.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $85,000 - $130,000 based on experience.

• Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and set project objectives.
• Survey project sites to determine necessary resources and scope of work.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, presenting proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and procure bids from Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Manage the design process and oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Strong ability to motivate teams and drive toward targeted goals.
• Safety-conscious with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering plans; experience with project management software is a plus.

• Must possess a vehicle and be willing to travel between multiple job sites in the Washington, D.C. area daily.
• Comfortable with regular client and vendor interaction to facilitate project success.
