Job Description
Title : Registered Nurse - After Hours

Schedule : 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am, rotating nights

Assignment Details :
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Contract

Requirements :
- Current nursing license
- Experience in patient care, particularly in home health, hospice, or similar settings

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive patient care in various settings, including residential homes and healthcare facilities.
- Assess patient and family situations to determine appropriate interventions.
- Manage symptom relief and respond to urgent patient needs after hours.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Attend and provide support during after-hour deaths for service lines.

Compliance / Notes :
- This position requires working from home between patient visits.
