Part Time Flex Sales Associate

As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora is looking for a flexible Sales Associate to deliver world‑class experiences and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities Dare to exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace store culture and act as a brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge. Craft loyal fans through authentic engagement. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with strong communication skills. Demonstrated sense of care in written and verbal communication. Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Reliability to step in during high‑traffic times or special events. Compensation $15.00 - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience. Note: This position requires completion of an assessment that will be emailed upon application.
