Quality Technician

Quality Technician- Complaints/ Remediation
Performs retrospective complaint reviews and investigations to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and internal quality standards. Supports remediation efforts, documentation updates, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities

• Review and update historical complaint records for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct investigations and analyze data to determine root cause
• Prepare clear, compliant documentation and closure summaries
• Identify issues requiring escalation (CAPA, SCAR, HHE)
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and crossfunctional teams
• Manage multiple remediation tasks while meeting deadlines
• Use QMS tools to track and document complaint activities
• Support FDA/ISO audit and remediation efforts

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 2+ years in complaint handling or quality role
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device or pharma)
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO quality system requirements
• Experience with QMS tools (e.g., SAP)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problemsolving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail

This is a Contract position based out of Libertyville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
